The HubSpot admin you don't have.
I survey your portal, find what's broken and what you're paying HubSpot for and not using, then fix it and keep it fixed.

It usually starts with one of three things
Your admin leaves. The renewal lands. Someone in the board meeting asks about AI. That's when people find out what years of imports and quick fixes have done to the CRM.
Workflows switched off, duplicated, or quietly fighting another workflow over the same field.
Custom properties created versus the ones anyone actually uses.
Marketing contacts you pay for every month but haven't successfully emailed in over a year.
Pick the job that matches what's going on
Fixed prices. Nothing in your portal changes without your say-so, and every change is logged so it can be undone.
Spend Audit

- The saving on each, and how to claim it before renewal
- Your five biggest risks from the full survey
If I don't find £495 a year you can cut, you don't pay.

What gets surveyed
44 checks across nine areas. The measurable ones come straight from your HubSpot data; the rest need someone who's run portals for a living.
Data quality
Duplicates, missing owners and companies, stale records, country spelled six ways.
Properties
Unused, duplicate or badly typed fields, and fields with no description.
Automation
Workflows off, erroring, overlapping, or owned by people who've left.
Pipelines
Stage definitions, required fields, deals with no next step, lifecycle logic.
Users
Paid seats nobody uses, too many super admins, 2FA.
Integrations
Sync errors, apps nobody uses, data landing in unmapped fields.
Reporting
Dead dashboards, and whether leadership can actually trust the numbers.
Billing
Marketing contacts, tier headroom, email health and consent.
AI readiness
The fields agents rely on, your knowledge base, what AI can access. most portals fail this one
Who's doing the survey
I'm Gerard. I've spent four years being the person who inherits the HubSpot mess.
SaaS, biotech and edtech portals, including a stint as the only Super Admin rebuilding a CRM from scratch. Lead scoring, workflows, integrations with Zapier, Apollo and Clay. All four Hubs.
I'm not an agency, so there's no long retainer to sign before anything gets fixed. And if your portal's in decent shape, I'll tell you.
Things people ask
Will you change things without asking?
Never. You approve the fix list in writing, I take backups before any bulk change, and every change is logged so it can be reversed.
How does the savings guarantee work?
If the Spend Audit doesn't find at least £495 a year in HubSpot costs you can cut, you don't pay. I only invoice after you've seen the report, and I'll tell you after the free check whether there's enough to look at.
You're one person. What if you're unavailable?
Every job is fixed scope with a written handover, and nothing changes without your approval, so you're never left halfway through a change. I reply within a working day.
What access do you need?
A named user with the minimum permissions. I'll send the exact list before we start, and you remove me when we're done.
What about GDPR?
I sign a data processing agreement first, work inside your portal, keep only counts, and delete anything I hold within 30 days of finishing.
We're on Starter. Is it worth it?
Often, especially before an upgrade. It's far cheaper to fix the foundations before moving to Pro. The free check will tell you.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. White-label surveys and Resets, delivered under your brand at a flat rate.
How does your HubSpot score?
Free health check: a score out of 100 and the three biggest problems. Twenty minutes.
